- Coordinate with external accounting and audit partners during the transition to in-house accounting
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for the Finnish entities
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance in reporting
- Act as the primary finance contact for our Finnish operations, building strong relationships with stakeholders in both Finland and Sweden
- Support the Head of Accounting & Tax in developing accounting processes, routines and systems
- Contribute to building in-house expertise in consolidation and COGNOS

- Experience from group reporting, knowledge of Swedish GAAP (K3), and/or consolidation is an advantage
- Proficiency in modern accounting systems, preferably Business Central
- A structured, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and still be a strong team player
- Strong analytical skills and a high sense of responsibility and integrity
- If you have experience in consolidation and/or COGNOS, that is a strong advantage, as we are keen to strengthen our internal capabilities in this area
- You are comfortable navigating Finnish authorities and local regulations while working daily in an English-speaking environment within a Swedish-based team.
