Accounts Payable Specialist (Finnish speaking), St1 Biokraft, Stockholm

St1 Biokraft AB is looking for a structured and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team in Stockholm.

In this role, you will be responsible for the accounts payable process for several Finnish companies within the St1 Biokraft group. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate and efficient handling of supplier invoices while supporting the finance team during a period of strong growth and expansion.

The role is initially focused on accounts payable, but as the organisation grows, you will have the opportunity to develop your responsibilities within accounting and financial administration. The position is based at St1 Biokraft AB’s office at World Trade Center (WTC), Stockholm, and you will work closely with your colleague in the AP team.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the accounts payable process for multiple entities within the group

· Register, code, and verify supplier invoices

· Ensure accurate posting and timely processing of invoices

· Prepare and execute bank payments

· Reconcile supplier accounts and investigate discrepancies

· Support the finance team with documentation and tasks related to monthly and yearly closings

· Assist with smaller accounts receivable tasks when needed

· Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and routines

· Work closely with colleagues in both Sweden and Finland

Qualifications

· Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or equivalent experience

· Experience working with accounts payable or financial administration

· Basic understanding of accounting principles

· Experience with financial systems such as Business Central, ExFlow, or similar

· Fluency in Finnish and English is required

· Swedish is considered an advantage
