St1 Biokraft is a joint venture between St1, HitecVision, and Aneo, combining expertise and resources to drive innovation in the biogas industry. The aim is to become a leading integrated biogas player in the Nordics, contributing significantly to the energy transition. The company covers the entire biogas value chain, from feedstock sourcing to distribution and end-user sales, with a goal to achieve 3 TWh biomethane production and 6 TWh biomethane sales by 2030, focusing on heavy transport, maritime, and industrial applications.

To support this expansion, over 1 billion EUR will be invested in biogas production and distribution networks across the Nordics, with several major projects already underway, aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and scaling up operations to meet ambitious targets.

ERP Owner – Business Central St1 Biokraft

Do you want to be part of developing and optimizing business systems in a company driving the transition towards a more sustainable future? St1 Biokraft is now looking for an ERP Owner – Business Central who will play a key role in supporting and developing our ERP environment and related processes.

About the Role

As the ERP Owner, you will support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and its integrations. You will act as a crucial connection between users, our ERP partner team and other key players in IT, ensuring the system effectively and sustainably meets business requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Support & User Assistance
• First-line support for BC users
• Managing users, permissions, and access (BC and ExFlow).
• Administration & System Management
• Overall system management in cooperation with Partners, incl. version upgrade coordination
• Managing the company structure in BC
• Managing existing integrations
• Job queue monitoring and scheduling.
• Development & Improvement Projects
• Driving development together with our ERP partner – requirements specification and testing.
• Leading continuous development and specific projects, such as accounting transitions from acquired companies
• Implementing new integrations and functionalities within BC and other new St1 Biokraft IT system landscape components

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with a strong background in pre-sales, integrations, requirements gathering, and implementation. Experience from other Finance systems is considered an advantage.
• A proven track record of ERP implementations and BC projects across various industries, particularly in manufacturing and production.
• Strong financial expertise, including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing and financial reporting. Understanding of Project and Fixed assets modules is considered as an advantage.
• Technical proficiency in Power BI and Power Automate, along with knowledge of CE/CRM solutions are considered as advantage
• Experience working with ISV solutions, especially ExFlow.
• A degree in Finance, Business administration, IT mgmt. or similar relevant education. Microsoft certifications are considered as an advantage.
• Highly self-driven with a proven ability to take initiative and effectively execute tasks to achieve goals.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
• Based in Stockholm with a negotiable three-month notice period.
