St1 Biokraft is a joint venture among St1, Aneo, and HitecVision, combining expertise and resources to lead innovation in the biogas industry. With over €1 billion allocated for biogas production and distribution across the Nordics, our ambition is to become the region’s leading integrated biogas company. We focus on the entire value chain – from feedstock sourcing to end-user sales – with a target to deliver 3 TWh of biomethane production and 6 TWh in sales by 2030. Our primary applications are in heavy transport, maritime, and industrial sectors.

About the Role

As our Transport Coordinator, you will play a central role in daily operations, planning and coordinating the transport of liquefied and compressed biogas (LBG and CBG) from our production sites to customers. This is a highly operational, fast-paced, hands-on role where planning meets execution. You will be part of our on-call logistics team, responsible for real-time coordination and continuous flow across the supply chain. Due to the nature of the operations, the position requires work during irregular hours. The location is in our office near Central Station in Malmö, and you will report to the Head of Value Chain Operations.

You will be part of a close-knit logistics team, collaborating daily with carriers, contractors, production sites, sales, and portfolio teams. You’ll manage transport routes, monitor delivery status, follow up on settlements, support technical inquiries, and contribute to developing business cases and capacity planning. Your ability to act quickly, think strategically, and work cross-functionally will be crucial for ensuring reliable and efficient deliveries, always with safety and sustainability in focus.

Who You Are

You either hold a post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain or engineering combined with relevant work experience, or you have built solid, hands-on expertise through several years in transport operations, logistics coordination, or related fields. You understand the dynamics of daily planning and have a natural drive to improve, optimise and take ownership of operational flows.

You are structured and analytical, service-minded, and calm under pressure. You are curious about technical and biological processes and want to understand the broader energy value chain. Experience with ADR regulations, high-pressure gas systems, or biogas logistics is highly beneficial. You’re confident using tools like Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (Business Central is a plus). Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Swedish is strongly preferred.

You bring a “safety first” mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to navigate complexity. You don’t give up until the job is done – and done right. You communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and colleagues.
